Our members are regularly accompanied by a trainer and receive new training plans again and again. Every three months, a quarterly meeting is held with the trainer. During this conversation, a new goal is set, problems discussed and improvements made. Our concept also includes regular motivation through our service. So we prevent longer breaks in training.
